Well, Hello!

Hello, there!!   I’m Becky

— a ranch wife and mom in Central Nebraska near Anselmo, where my family farms and ranches and where our life has always revolved around livestock, irrigating corn & hay fields and all the things, and seasons that never wait. My husband and I have raised three boys, so I completely and totally know first-hand how quickly the years move and how easy it is to keep saying, we’ll do photos later. Believe me I say it to!! That’s why the folks I work with come to me when they know these moments matter — they need someone who understands their world and can help them capture it without making it feel overwhelming.

Because this is the life I live too, I notice the things that matter to you. I know how important that heart horse is to your highs school senior, or that favorite breeding heifer that is now in your herd as a momma cow. A tractor and field of corn or beans at sunset, and when a moment feels authentic instead of forced. I also know most people standing in front of my camera are not looking for a big production — they want someone who can guide them, keep things comfortable and make it fun, and create images that they feel their life in. Whether it’s documenting a season on the ranch, images that include livestock that represent years of time & effort, or creating artwork that belongs in your home, my job is to make sure to highlight what matters to you and showcased with care and meaning.

The end goal is to create something that lets you look back and feel that season you were in — the livestock you were proud of, the life you were building, the people and places that made it yours. Because time moves fast, and when you finally decide to “do the photos” it should be done in a way that still means something years from now.
