Let’s get your horses as close to show-ready as possible. Most horses here are working ranch horses, so maybe bathe him, or give him a good grooming, shine him up, and pack paper towels or a rag to keep him clean during the shoot.
If you want photos of your horse saddled, be sure to give your tack a good once-over as well. Everything deserves a good shine for picture day!

I totally get it, sometimes your stud may be standing somewhere other than your ranch. I prefer that owners be present for their shoots, but if it isn’t possible, a reliable and easy to work with handler is an absolute must.

A reliable handler is always a good tool to have on hand! We can get the shoot done with just you and I, but a third person is great for setting feet, getting ears, and just having as a backup.
